Please email George Fortin at George@jtfortinfoundation.org with proof of current hardship as well as diagnosis. Amount of financial support will be determined case by case. Families can request up to $500.
Payments will be made directly to vendors, service providers, etc.
All communication will remain confidential.
2020 Family Grant fund
The 2020 Family Grant Fund will open on April 1st and run through May 31st. The Family Grant Fund offers financial assistance for those with family members with autism.

We are very excited to announce the JT Fortin Foundation Scholarship for swim lessons at Swim Angelfish.
